Ioannis Nik. Kastrissios
Civil Engineer – National Technical University of Athens (NTUA)
Ioannis Nik. Kastrissios graduated from the School of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens in 1998 with a thesis in the field of foundations. During his military service, he was seconded to the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning, and Public Works (YPEHODE) as a member of the Collapse Investigation Committee. After completing his military service, he worked as a private engineer with his own engineering firm in Athens until 2004. In 2004, he moved to Naxos and founded, together with Dimitrios Emm. Protonotarios, the engineering and construction firm KASTRISIOS – PROTONOTARIOS OE, based in Chora, Naxos. Our firm’s activities include the issuance of building permits, surveying work, the preparation of architectural, structural, and electromechanical designs, regularization of unauthorized structures, issuance of building energy certificates, construction of private projects, and real estate brokerage and development. Fluent in English. Married with two children.
Dimitrios Emm. Protonotarios graduated from the School of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Patras in 1997, with a thesis in the field of energy. After completing his military service, he worked from 1999 to 2004 at the engineering firm MT ATE as a site engineer on the largest infrastructure projects constructed on the island of Naxos. In 2004, he founded the engineering and construction firm KASTRISSIOS – PROTONOTARIOS OE with Ioannis Nik. Kastrissios, based in Chora, Naxos. Our firm’s activities include the issuance of building permits, surveying work, the preparation of architectural, structural, and electromechanical designs, regularization of unauthorized structures, issuance of building energy certificates, construction of private projects, and real estate brokerage and development. Dimitrios Emm. Protonotarios is an Energy Inspector. He is fluent in English. He is married and the father of two children.
